The Delhi Housing Society has approved this project that has been initiated with the objective of fulfilling the mission and the vision of the Land Pooling Policy and the Master Plan Delhi 2022. The project is aimed towards making or changing the lifestyle of the people of Delhi while making it easier for them to avail homes that they can call their own in the national capital.

Projects that Make Affordable Living a Possibility

At present, it is all the more possible for individuals to have residential units within an affordable range in Delhi. They just need to spend a small amount of Rs. 17.87 lakhs for registering residential units in some of the poshest areas of Delhi.  Every individual, irrespective of the fact that whether he or she is a government employee, a public servant or a private entrepreneur or serviceman, is free to register homes being developed under different project names throughout the national capital. According to estimates, the New Dwarka Residency would be offering a total of 500 residential units to the people of Delhi. The units would be allotted on a draw system.
